Legal guarantee and returns: what they cover

All products sold on TusciaShop are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of duration of 24 months, as required by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). Protection is reserved for consumers and concerns defects present at the time of delivery of the product.

Legal guarantee and returns in case of defect

Cases in which the product does not work properly or presents uncaused damage are covered by the warranty from use, does not correspond to the published description or is not suitable for the intended use.

Remedies required by law for non-compliant products

In the presence of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right, without additional costs, to repair or replacement of the product. If such remedies are not possible or are excessively burdensome, the law provides, in applicable cases, for price reduction or reimbursement.

Right of withdrawal and return of products

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without obligation to provide reasons. Withdrawal allows you to return the product even in the absence of defects, following the conditions established by law.

The returned product must be intact, unused and complete with its original packaging and accessories and all documentation included. Return costs are generally borne by the customer, unless otherwise specific indication or agreement.

Returns and refunds: times and methods

After receipt and verification of the return, the refund is made within 14 days using the same method payment chosen at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Actual times may depend on the circuit or by the payment institution used.
