This page describes the conditions that regulate the purchase of products offered through the e-commerce site TusciaShop.it. Accessing the site and sending of an order imply the full acceptance of the conditions reported here, in compliance with European consumer protection legislation.

Object of the service
TusciaShop is an electronic commerce platform that allows users to purchase products belonging to different product categories online, via WooCommerce infrastructure.
Sales method – Dropshipping
Some products can be sold via dropshipping model. In such cases, shipping is carried out directly by third-party suppliers selected. TusciaShop operates as a commercial intermediary and not as a manufacturer of goods sold.
Registration and purchase
To make a purchase it is not mandatory to register an account, unless otherwise indicated. The user is responsible for the correctness of the data provided during the purchase process.
Prices and availability
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated before confirming the order. Product availability may vary.
Payments
Available payment methods may include:

- Bank transfer (if available)
Payments are managed by external providers. TusciaShop does not store complete payment card data.
Order confirmation
At the end of the purchase procedure, the user will receive a confirmation email containing the order summary. The sales contract is considered concluded when sending the confirmation.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping times may vary depending on the product and supplier. Any delays attributable to the carrier or to causes of force majeure are not included attributable to TusciaShop.
Right of withdrawal
The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product, except for the exceptions provided for by current legislation.
Returns and refunds
The return is accepted only if the product is returned intact, unused and in the original packaging. The refund will be made within the legal deadlines, using the same payment method chosen by the user.
Legal guarantee
The products sold through TusciaShop are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity required by European legislation.
Limitations of Liability
TusciaShop cannot be held responsible for indirect damages or loss of data or interruptions of service not attributable to willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Applicable law and competent court
These conditions are governed by European legislation and, where applicable, by Italian law. For disputes, the court established by law is competent to protect the consumer.
Changes to the terms and conditions
The Owner reserves the right to modify these at any time conditions of sale. The changes will take effect from the date of publication on the site.
